What’s on tap for Congress in 2017? The 115^th Congress convened January 3rd. Lawmakers will be facing a number of pressing issues during their first year, one of which will be the repeal or replacement of the Affordable Care Act, better known as the ObamaCare Act. Although President Trump has stated that he wishes to repeal and replace the ACA, with many pressing issues on the president’s early agenda, we can expect a delay before we see any real changes in our health care laws.
