ALERT: NSP’s Compensation Plan Information Has A New Home:
For those of you who are unaware, NSP’s Compensation Plan which includes information and policies on Member & Manager protocols has been moved from NSP’s Policies and Procedures pages to a new location. This new home simplifies finding all the questions on policies that most members and managers have regarding how to sponsor, run their business, and determine the benefits they will receive at each level for both members and all levels of managers. It contains info on QV requirements and payouts, rebates and commissions, charts for both the Classic and Legacy programs, Sunshine Select and Sunshine Rewards programs, Leadership Equivalents, Pends, Manager breakout requirements, and much more. If you haven’t viewed this site, please do so – you will find the answers to your questions much easier in this new location.

To Locate: Log in to your NSP account. Under the heading of “Members,” scroll down to “Resources” (located in the 2nd column), and select “Business. Under the “Business” heading, select “Price List/Handouts.” Scroll down to “Compensation Plan;” then select “Compensation Plan Overview.”

As we begin a new year in 2016, we will face many challenges in both our personal growth as well as our professional growth. The important thing is to not cut our achievements short by underestimating what we can accomplish. Whether our challenges are improving our health, losing weight, beginning an exercise program, strengthening family ties, building our business to new heights, or whatever you see as a challenge that you have not met head on… Be like the little train engine climbing towards the top of a mountain who said “I think I can, I think I can.” When he reached the top, he exclaimed, “I knew I could, I knew I could.” Make 2016 your best year ever for reaching out and attaining your goals.

Remember the “pending rules” for November/December and December/January: If a Manager has 2 consecutive pends in November and December or December and January, they will automatically be credited with 1 pend against them for 2016. This is not a pleasant way to begin a new year. So please watch your successline managers QV and alert them if they are in danger of falling into either of these categories.

*** RED FLAG ALERT: This is a critical month regarding pends that will carry over into 2016. If you or a manager in your successline pended in December, it is imperative that they not pend in January 2016. Pending again in January will place them in the category of carrying over 1 pend into 2016. (The same rule applies for any manager who pended consecutively in November & December 2015 —Those managers will carry over 1 pend into 2016).

As we approach the end of a year filled with confusion, school and church shootings, terrorist attacks, economic crisis, historical changes, personal grief and losses, and concerns for our future, we want you to know that we are all together in this and share the same concerns. With the approaching Christmas and Holiday Season and the beginning of a New Year, we wish each of you a happy and spiritually fulfilling season. The most important thing is that each of us, in our own way, takes time to reflect upon the events of the past year, be thankful for the blessings we have received, be respectful of those less fortunate, give homage to our spiritual beliefs, and prepare ourselves for a New Year in 2016 of renewed strength, energy, dedication, blessings, good health, increased prosperity and personal growth.

Personally, we want to acknowledge and thank each of you for your growth and dedication in Nature’s Sunshine as a member of our Successline!!! Your growth and prosperity has enriched our lives in many ways as well, and we thank you! Through Nature’s Sunshine, we have made so many friends, some of you we have never personally met – but we have developed lasting friendships of caring and sharing via emails and phone calls. Remember – Whenever a hand reaches out to help another…the blessings come back in so many ways. Together… we make it happen! May God continue to shine his light upon you and keep you safe in the palm of his hand throughout the year.
